In 2022, to save her campaign, Andrea Salinas approved a false TV ad attacking Mike Erickson with outrageous lies.

After spending millions, she only gained a majority by 0.1 percent out of nearly 300,000 votes.

But post-election analysis concluded Erickson would have won had Salinas not lied to voters.

“The Court concludes that the Erickson Committee has made a sufficient showing that the Salinas Committee made the statements with knowledge or reckless disregard that they were false.”
